PC /Laptop Support
Pc support covers the most common problems that can affect your computer I.E windows will not Start, software problems, Virus/Adware/Spyware Removal, Hardware Fault Diagnose. Don't worry were here to help at any time day or evening.
This is charged at £25.00 per hour home or business.
Laptop Repair Service
We offer one of the area's leading laptop repair Services, We can pick up repair your laptop to component level and return your laptop within a 25 mile radius of Peterborough Best prices with a fast turnaround all work guaranteed
This is charged at a fixed labour rate of £39.00 + any parts home or business.
Again if we cannot offer a fix there's no charge to you.
Full Operating System Install
This involves a complete reinstall of your operating system, Load all Drivers and windows updates this restores your computer to the factory default settings. This is often required if your windows installation is badly corrupted or if your hard drive has failed we will endeavour to save your Data if at all possible.
This is charged at £55.00 per PC for the home user / £65.00 for businesses.
PC Service / Optimisation
This includes removing all unnecessary temporary files, the removal of any software no longer required, tuning windows services, cleaning the system registry, professional defragmentation Etc, this will restore the speed of your PC back to the level when it was fist purchased We will also advise of any hard ware upgrade's that will make your PC even quicker and give it a new lease of life. this will be achieved with no data loss.
This is charged at £35.00 per PC for the home user / £45.00 for businesses.
Data Recovery
We understand how devastating it can be to lose your important data whether its work, photos or music. This is the most challenging job of them all, we have a great success rate and remember we offer a no fix no fee policy, so if we are unsuccessful there's no Charge.
This is charged at £25.00 per hour for the home user / £35.00 for businesses.
UpGrades
Why not treat your PC to a core component upgrade (a new motherboard processor and memory) this will make your PC much quicker and bring it up to date without the need to purchase a new PC.

OUR CHARGE RATES
Our minimum on - site charge is 1 hour regardless of time taken, charges are calculated in 15 minute segments I.E if we were onsite for 1hour 10 minutes you would be charged 1.25 hours.
Sundays and Bank Holidays incur an extra £8.00 per hour or service to cover unsociable hours
IF YOU CAN DROP YOUR PC / LAPTOP OFF AT OUR WORKSHOP IN MAXEY,THERE IS A FIXED LABOUR COST OF £35.00 + PARTS REGARDLESS OF HOW LONG IT TAKES TO REPAIR, IF WE CANNOT OFFER A FIX THERE IS NO CHARGE TO YOURSELF. ALL WORK GUARANTEED. ANY PARTS USED ARE CHARGED AT THE WEBSITE PRICE INCLUDEING P&P. WE ALSO CUSTOM BUILD PCs TO YOUR SPEC / BUDGET SO WHEATHER IT'S A BASIC WORKSTATION OR YOUR DREAM GAMING MACHINE WE CAN BUILD IT FOR YOU AT A PRICE YOU WONT BELIEVE.
